The property lies mid way between the villages of Llechryd (1 ½ miles) and Cenarth (2 ½ miles). Both villages provide for a number of everyday facilities including filling stations and general stores, public houses, primary school and places of worship. Cenarth is also a popular Tourist Attraction with its famous waterfalls over the River Teifi and Coracles Centre.

The market Towns of Newcastle Emlyn and Cardigan provide for a wider array of amenities and are some 5 ½ and 4 ½ miles respectively.

Directions: From Newcastle Emlyn proceed on the A484 towards Cardigan and go through the village of Cenarth staying on the A484.
