The land lies due north west from the Pengay Homestead and is some ¾ mile from the coastal village of Ferryside, while provides for village stores, primary school, community education centre, as well as tourist related businesses. The county town of Carmarthen is some 8 miles distant and provides for a wide array of everyday facilities. The land is situated some 300 feet above sea level.

Directions: From the A484 Carmarthen to Kidwelly road, take the turning for Ferryside after leaving the village of Idole (and after passing farm) and continue on this road going through 3 sets of crossroads heading for Llansaint and then continue until you come to a T junction. Turn right here and go on for some 200yds and take the 1st left hand junction. Go along this road and bear right on a small fork. You will pass Cwm Farm and carry on to the next farm, which is Pengay. The sellers will then take you to the subject land, which is located further along the minor road.
